
Chef James is a 2011 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. He has more than 30 years of professional cooking experience and over 20 years of managerial experience.
Chef James has volunteered at various schools in the Dallas, Irving & Richardson School districts and has volunteered his time at several nursing homes and hospitals throughout the Dallas and Irving area.
He was the 2011 recipient of the Southern Methodist University Iron Chef Competitions Best Presentation award. He represented Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute at the competition.
Chef James specializes in raw food, organic recipes, home-style cooking, healthy eating recipes, and gluten free menus. He also does fruit, and ice sculptures.
